Owing to his technical knowledge and 15 years of experience in plastic industry, our Director Is actively involved in all aspects of the business and is mostly involved in Production, new product Development and quality control. Our director is also actively involved in getting the organisation streamlined under various production systems, such as system integration with production and ERP, 5S, kaizens and also in the active product testing and various certifications from third party NABL accredited laboratories

Is actively involved in the day to day affairs of the organisations and she is heading the admin and accounts departments of flu-con besides other responsibilities. Her main focus of work is to run a lean organisation. She is actively involved in conducting various internal audits and setting up of new systems as and when required.
